Here’s some more details for the crazy Friday the 13th Marathon for the Food Bank that we’re doing in a couple of weeks. Get in on this!

WHERE? Black Dog Video, 1470 Commercial Drive, Vancouver
WHEN? Friday, Nov 13 2020 starting at 10 am,
WHO? Darren Gay, Alex Chisholm & Dylan Rhymer plus special drop in guests!
WHY? As we move into fall and winter, The Vancouver Food Bank often finds its resources strained. Help us help them.
OUR GOAL To raise $1300.00 over the course of 13 hours, but of course we’re hoping for more than that! Black Dog Video flick jockeys Alex, Darren and Dylan will watch:

Creep 2 – But I’m a creep. I’m a weirdo. What the hell am I doing here? I don’t belong here.

Dead Still – 1880’s Ireland finds a postmortem photographer being drawn into a deadly case of murder! MURDER!

Driveways – You kid makes friends with an old man next door. They both have driveways, I presume.

Fulci for Fake – Cool doc about the late, great Italian filmmaker.

Hard Kill – Bruce Willis is Hard Kill in this action thingy!

Misbehavior – A group of women plan to disrupt (misbehave if you will) the 1970 Miss World beauty competition. Do they still have these silly things?

Modus Season 1 – Swedish wintry murder mystery. You know you love these!

The Quarry – Drifter kills a priest and takes his place (as one does) in this mystery drama starring Shea Whigham and Michael Shannon.

River of Grass – First film from Kelly Reichardt (First Cow) finds a couple on the lam after they think they may have murdered a guy.

Secret Garden – My secret garden is just full of weeds, thorns and badgers.

The Windermere Children – Holocaust kids get relocated in the UK. Drama and life-affirming moments, I presume, ensue.
